Leslie Clark writes poetry and short stories, and recently completed a novel. Much of her poetry and 
short fiction has been published in various literary journals for many years.Her poetry chapbook, 
Cardiac Alert was published by Finishing Line Press. Leslie is full-time English faculty at 
Cochise College in Douglas, Arizona, and also teaches online and on Sierra Vista Campus for Cochise 
College.  Leslie coordinates a writer's group in Sierra Vista, and founded and is currently chair of 
the Cochise Community Creative Writing Celebration, an annual writers' conference that takes place 
each March in Sierra Vista. She established Voices on the Wind online poetry journal more 
than eight years ago. Leslie lives in Sierra Vista with her husband, Gary, two beautiful cats, 
and a hybrid hound dog.
